Selection Order

We ask you to refrain from a so-called selection order. If you are not sure about the right size or have any questions about an article, we are happy to help you. Even in the event that you can not decide, we advise you. Just send us an e-mail with your request or contact us via our message form.

With a selection order, we mean an order that serves to select from several purchased items (similar items in different sizes / variants) and to order with the intention to keep only one product or none at all and to return the remaining goods. Of course we are aware that it is not always easy to choose the right product, but such selection orders are very expensive for us.

We always strive to provide our customers with competitive prices and the widest variety of assortment in consistent quality, but due to the selection orders, this project is becoming increasingly difficult. Since our capacities are limited, we order items from our suppliers, too. Furthermore, signs of usage may occur on articles that have been sent several times. These items can then no longer be sold as new and must be sorted out.

Not least for these reasons, we can no longer allow selection requests on a larger extent. We therefore reserve the right not to accept and process too large selection orders.
